Shipping & Delivery

We ship all orders via MyParcel, working with trusted carriers including PostNL, DPD, and DHL to get your dog's goodies to you safely and on time. Every order includes a Track & Trace code so you can follow your parcel from dispatch to delivery.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

In-stock items (treats, food, and selected accessories) Orders placed before 3:00 PM on business days are dispatched the same day and delivered within 1 working day within the Netherlands.

Made-to-order / sourced items (selected toys, bowls, and accessories) These items are ordered specifically for you and dispatched within 7–10 business days. Delivery follows within 1 working day of dispatch. Product pages clearly indicate if an item is made-to-order.

Every order includes:

• Track & Trace code sent to your email at dispatch
• Optional signature on delivery or insured shipment at checkout (additional fees may apply)

Please note: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, your parcel will be automatically held for collection at a nearby pickup point. You can manage this via the Track & Trace link in your shipping confirmation email.
