Frequently Asked Questions
When will I receive my box?
Subscribe before the 28th of the month to receive that month's box. Subscribe after the 28th, and your first box ships the following month.
When will I be charged?
Your first payment is taken at the moment you subscribe, then on the 1st of each month going forward.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, cancel anytime after your second payment, no questions asked, straight from your account page. You can also email us on woof@twoandahalftails.nl and we can cancel it for you.
Where do you ship?
Currently, the Netherlands only. EU shipping coming soon!

Your dog's Monthly Surprise Box will be delivered by the next business day. All orders are carefully processed and shipped so your pup can start enjoying their new toys and treats without delay.
